Cariitti Oy

The company manufacturing designer lights was established under the name of Valaisinpaja nearly 40 years ago. After an acquisition, the company became known as Cariitti Oy. Cariitti Oy is a family owned company based in Kirkkonummi near Helsinki.

We engage in continuous product development, thanks to which the features of our optic fibre lighting systems, projectors, end fittings and lighting fixtures are the best on the market. Our product development is a continuous process focusing on clear, functional and high-quality concepts in order to develop products and services that meet customer demands. We also manufacture indoor and outdoor lights designed by famous architects, such as fixtures by Alvar Aalto, Juha Leiviskä and Ben af Schulten for Artek Oy.

Cariitti's high quality arises from excellent product know-how. A good end result is based on dedicated customer service and close co-operation with the customers. We take environmental issues in consideration in our material selections, and the wastes produced by the company are always recycled when appropriate.

Our know-how encompasses the whole production process from artistic and technical design and light management to demanding manufacture of lighting fixtures.
